The NSW Hunter Valley is one of state’s top tourist destination, housing multiple wineries, hotels, guest houses and holiday experiences.
Over the course of the early 2000s, the area’s wineries began experimenting with one-off concerts of big name evergreen artist's including Lionel Richie, Elton John, Dolly Parton, Fleetwood Mac, Cold Chisel and many more.
The Roche Group own a number of venue assets in the Hunter Valley region, including Hunter Valley Gardens and Tempus Two Winery. The group were keen to re-invigorate Tempus Two Wineries place within the entertainment corridor of the Hunter Valley.
pm undertook a new development application process to gain the property approval to hold multiple concerts up to a capacity of 10 000 pax. Managing a range of elements including traffic management plans, mapping, environmental reports and more, pm gained approval for an initial three-year period of concert operation with up to ten events each year.
To date The Roche Group has promoted concerts with Elton John, Duran Duran, John Farnham and Neil Diamond, opening up a new, powerful revenue stream for their property and introducing a wide range of new consumers to the Tempus Two Winery.
