Sam has a career spanning over 15 years in events, marketing, media & project management, including National Marketing Manager Triple J Radio, Director Jam Recordings (Good Vibrations Festival), Strategic Marketing & Promotions Manager Universal Music along with booking & programming the Falls Music & Arts Festival for the past 13 years and a new undertaking as part of the programming team for Splendour in The Grass.

As director of pm, Sam has spearheaded the company’s success in the music & major events industry.  Sam has been involved in over 50 large scale (15 000 +) music festivals and tours for over 150 international artists.

Sam’s key achievements include:

National Marketing Manager Triple J
With 2.2 Million weekly listeners, at age 26, Sam managed marketing, promotion, strategic partnerships and events.

Co-Founder & Director Good Vibrations Festival
Developed a concept to national touring festival of 34,000 in its first year.

Artist Programming Manager Falls Festival
Selecting and contracting Musicians and Bands for audiences of 70,000 attendees spanning 4 Australian cities annually for 13 years.

Event Director Surfaid International Ball
Transformed a loss-making event into the biggest profit in the organizations history in 2012.

Founder of Jam Music Label and Artist Agency
Developing bespoke recorded music in Australia and signing international labels for distribution in Australia.

Johnathan has directed media requirements for a range of large-scale, globally televised / published events in North America, Australia, South East Asia, Europe and Hawaii. With his diverse publicity skill-set, Johnathan has managed major international campaigns for a broad spectrum of organisations,  including government agencies, tourism bodies, travel & leisure industries, action sports brands, FMCG brands and publishing companies.

Matt Day

Event Director

Matt is a highly skilled Event Director, experienced in multiple, major event disciplines. His skill-set extends across music & production touring, artist management, broadcast management, production management, touring & events logistics. Over the past 15 years, Matt has toured Australia, Asia, Europe and Northern America multiple times, with award winning artists and event productions.  

Matt has worked with a range of large international event brands, including the World Surf League / The Association of Surfing Professionals, Quiksilver International and Fuel TV. Matt has helmed a number of large-scale music events including A Day At The Park, The Big Pineapple Festival & Wonderland Festival. Matt has also managed award winning Australian artists including Ash Grunwald, The Beautiful Girls, The Dune Rats, Kid Mac and more.

With his varied experience across not only event, but broadcast management, sport, lifestyle, music, food & beverage event,s Matt is truly an all round event professional.
